Shipping policy

Shipping Policy  

We do not offer shipping under any circumstances. All orders must be picked up in person during the designated pickup window.  

Pickup Details: 
    Pickup Day: Fridays  
    Pickup Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM  
    Pickup Location: Multimedia Office

Orders placed must be collected within a 3 week timeframe. We are not responsible for items that are not will be re-inventoried and refunded. If you are unable to collect your order during the scheduled pickup window, please contact us at multimedia@bhppower.com as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements, if available.
