Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.  

Exchanges
       -We offer exchanges for size adjustments only within 5 days of item pick-up. To               be eligible for an exchange:  
       - The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its           original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase is required.  

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at multimedia@bhppower.com within 5 days of pick-up. Exchanges will not be accepted beyond this timeframe.  

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon pick-up. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at multimedia@bhppower.com so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.  

Non-Exchangeable Items
- We do not accept exchanges for custom products, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.  
- Any items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
